Machine introduction

Operation process of automatic hydraulic unwinding machine

1. Preparation stage

Check if the power connection is normal and ensure that the power switch is turned off.

Check if there are any loose or abnormal parts of the machine, and adjust them in a timely manner if necessary.

Ensure that the roll material is placed on the feeding rack and the core is aligned with the machine's feed port.

2. Start up phase

Turn on the power switch and start the machine.

Observe whether the machine is running normally and whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations.

After confirming that the machine is running smoothly, proceed to the next step of operation.

3. Operation phase

Introduce the lead into the feeding port and use a traction device to guide it into the interior of the machine.

Adjust the pressure and speed of the leveling wheel to ensure that the metal sheet gradually flattens under the action of the leveling wheel.

Adjust the position and size of the cutting device according to the required dimensions, and cut the metal sheet to the desired length.

Observe the operation of the machine to ensure that the cutting and flattening effects meet the requirements.

4. End stage

Press the stop button to stop the machine from running.

Place the flattened metal sheet reel on the cutting platform and have the operator take it away.

Clean up residual metal debris and debris on the surface of the machine to keep it clean.

Turn off the power switch to end this operation.
