The oil pressure is not smooth, resulting in abnormal shear

Hydraulic oil condition check
- Sufficient oil: Ensure that the oil in the hydraulic tank meets the specified standard, and replenish it in time when it is insufficient.
- Good oil quality: check hydraulic oil color, viscosity, impurity content, etc., if there is deterioration, pollution or emulsification, should be replaced with qualified new hydraulic oil.
Hydraulic pump and accessories inspection
- Working state of hydraulic pump: Observe whether the operating sound and vibration of hydraulic pump are normal, no noise, overheating and other abnormal conditions. Check whether the oil suction port of the pump is smooth, no blockage, air leakage phenomenon.
- Oil filter cleaning: clean or replace the oil filter to ensure that the oil filtration effect is good and no large amount of impurities enter the hydraulic system.
Hydraulic valve group inspection:
- Valve body working status: check the hydraulic valve (such as direction valve, pressure valve, flow valve, etc.) is working normally, no stuck, leakage and other phenomena. Operate the handle or electronic switch to ensure that the valve is responsive and without hysteresis.
- Pressure regulation setting: According to the equipment manual, check whether the pressure valve setting corresponding to the shear action is correct, and adjust it if necessary.
Hydraulic pipeline and joint inspection:
- Smooth pipeline: Check the hydraulic pipeline without bending, extrusion, damage, to ensure that the oil flow is unimpeded. Clean up possible impurities and rust inside the pipe.
- Joint fastening: Check all hydraulic joints to ensure that there is no loosening or oil leakage. Use a torque wrench to tighten to the specified torque.
Hydraulic cylinder and seal inspection:
- Hydraulic cylinder action: Observe whether the shear hydraulic cylinder expansion is smooth, no crawling, abnormal sound and other phenomena. Check that the piston rod is not scratched, bent, and the seal is not aging or damaged.
- Replace the seal: If the seal is found to be seriously worn or leaking, replace the new seal in time.
Check the control system:
- Electrical wiring: Ensure that the electrical wiring of the control hydraulic system is not loose, damaged, and in good contact.
- Electronic control unit: Check whether the electronic control unit (such as PLC, relay, solenoid valve, etc.) works normally, no fault alarm. Make necessary parameter Settings or program adjustments according to the equipment manual.
Machine debugging:
- No-load test run: After eliminating the above faults, carry out no-load test run to observe whether the hydraulic system pressure, flow and other parameters are normal, and whether the shear action is smooth.
- On-load test: After the no-load test runs normally, the on-load test is carried out to verify the working performance of the shear function under actual conditions.
